We are pleased to invite you to a new session of our Well-Being Talk series, which will focus on the topic of digital detox.

For this session, we will welcome Mr. Mario Sgarrella, founder of Unpluggo and TEDx speaker who will present on: "Managing technological overload for mental Well-being."

Mr. Sgarrella will share tips on using technology more mindfully and on better understanding and maintaining a healthy balance between professional life, personal life, and digital life.The session will conclude with a few practical and accessible exercises that can be easily integrated into our daily routine, whether at the office or at home.

Please note the presentation will be given in French. A recording of the session will be available after the event for anyone who cannot attend in person.

Mario Sgarella

Founder of Unpluggo

Mario Sgarrella is the founder of unpluggo.ch, Switzerland’s first digital wellbeing center. A former marketing and communications professional with 10+ years’ experience in data-driven audience engagement, he reassessed his own digital habits after becoming a parent. He subsequently left social media, and launched Unpluggo to help individuals and organizations reduce digital overload and improve focus and wellbeing.
